Changing ownership of a car in Spain

• The vehicle’s purchase certificate, signed by seller and purchaser
• A ‘change of ownership’ agreement, signed by seller and purchaser
• Scanned ID of the seller
• Scanned Modelo 620 (proof of tax document)
