If you\u2019re looking to rent a property direct from the landlord, it\u2019s best to have a contract to keep both parties safe.<\/p>\n\n

It is possible to rent without a contract but it is a fair riskier thing to do. As both a tenant and a landlord, a contract clearly sets out both parties’ obligations. This can prevent problems arising in the future. Better still, we would always recommend using a reputable agent as their expertise can be invaluable and save you a lot of both money and heartache.
