The legal text in which such a sanction would be covered is Article 18.1 of the General Regulations on Circulation. Which states that &#8220;the driver of a vehicle is obliged to maintain his own freedom of movement, the necessary field of vision, and the permanent attention to driving that guarantees his own safety and that of the rest of the occupants of the vehicle and that of the other users of the road&#8221;.<\/p><p>La DGT ha anunciado una nueva multa de hasta 200 euros por llevar un abrigo mientras conduce. El texto legal en el que se amparar\u00eda dicha sanci\u00f3n es el art\u00edculo 18.1 del Reglamento General de Circulaci\u00f3n.
